Will Thorair equipment run on your power?
All Thorair dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers are built for a 220 to 240 volt, 50 hertz supply and are SAA and ASA certified to Australian and New Zealand electrical standards. That covers most of the world: Europe, the UK and Ireland, the Middle East, Africa, South and South-East Asia, Oceania and much of South America.

Which countries do you ship to?
Any country. Shipping is calculated at checkout for most destinations, and we quote freight for pallet orders, New Zealand and remote locations before dispatch.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
No. Import duty, VAT or GST, where they apply in your country, are charged by your customs authority or the carrier on arrival and are not included in the checkout price.
Does the warranty apply outside Australia?
Yes. The two-year replacement warranty applies to international orders, with support handled from Queensland by email and phone and replacement parts shipped to you. Ask us for the international warranty terms before you buy if you need them for an insurer or tender.
