Versand

Bestellungen, die an einem Werktag vor 14 Uhr AEST eingehen, werden am selben Tag aus unserem Lager in Currumbin Waters an der Gold Coast, Queensland, versendet. Bestellungen nach 14 Uhr sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen werden am nächsten Werktag versendet. Sie erhalten per E-Mail eine Sendungsnummer, sobald Ihre Bestellung unser Lager verlässt.

Versandkosten und Lieferzeiten

Die Versandkosten werden an der Kasse anhand Ihrer Postleitzahl und des Gewichts Ihrer Bestellung berechnet. Geben Sie Ihre Adresse ein, um die genauen Kosten vor der Zahlung zu sehen. Typische Laufzeiten nach dem Versand:

Luftentfeuchter und Luftwäscher werden als Frachtgut auf Paletten oder als Sperrgutpakete versendet. Bei der Zustellung ist eine Unterschrift erforderlich. Bitte geben Sie eine Geschäftsadresse oder eine Adresse an, unter der während der Geschäftszeiten jemand erreichbar ist, sowie eine Telefonnummer, unter der der Spediteur anrufen kann.

Abholung

Sie können Ihre Bestellung gerne bei uns abholen: Warehouse 1, 14 Wheeler Crescent, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223. Rufen Sie 1300 263 551 an, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren, damit Ihre Bestellung bei Ihrer Ankunft bereitsteht.

Transportschäden

Prüfen Sie Ihre Geräte bei Ankunft. Ist ein Karton oder Gerät beschädigt, vermerken Sie dies beim Fahrer, fotografieren Sie den Schaden und schreiben Sie innerhalb von 48 Stunden an info@thorair.com.au, damit wir beim Spediteur einen Schadensanspruch geltend machen und Ersatz veranlassen können.

Rückgabe und Widerruf

Luftreiniger können innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückgegeben werden, wenn Sie es sich anders überlegt haben, sofern sie unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung sind; die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde. Gewerbliche Geräte (Luftentfeuchter, Gebläse, Luftwäscher, Wärmebildkameras) werden für den professionellen Einsatz geliefert und können nicht zurückgegeben werden, wenn Sie es sich anders überlegt haben. Garantieansprüche

Um einen Anspruch geltend zu machen, schreiben Sie an info@thorair.com.au und geben Sie Ihre Rechnungsnummer, das Modell und eine Beschreibung des Defekts an. Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht. Wir veranlassen Ersatz oder Reparatur gemäß den Garantiebedingungen.
