The AM190001/3 Dehumidifier reduces humidity in enclosed structural environments by removing water vapour from the air. With proper use, the AM190001/3 can help to dry out damp structural materials, insulation, and con- tents, and maintain a healthy level of humidity. Using the AM190001/3
may also prevent secondary damage caused by high humidity.

R410 BENEFITS BUSINESS AND ENVIRONMENT
The low-grain refrigerant used in most dehumidifiers is the cousin of a new blend introduced to replace the old R22 coolant, which contained a type of fluorocarbon identified as harmful to the ozone layer. The development of R410 answered the environmental concerns and created greater efficiency since the new refrigerant operates at a significantly higher pressure than the older ones. It is a blend of HFC-32 and HFC-125.
Though it is also a hydrofluorocarbon and contains hydrogen, fluorine and carbon atoms, it lacks the chlorine that makes former refrigerants harmful. LGR dehumidifiers come equipped with the low-grain refrigerant that not only manages the big, tough water-removal jobs but also uses the latest, safest and most efficient technology.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our warehouse at Currumbin Waters on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves us.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the weight of your order. Enter your address to see the exact cost before you pay. Typical transit times after dispatch:

Dehumidifiers and air scrubbers ship as freight on a pallet or as oversized parcels. A signature is required on delivery. Please provide a business address or an address where someone is available during business hours, and a phone number the carrier can call.

Pickup

You are welcome to collect from Warehouse 1, 14 Wheeler Crescent, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223. Call 1300 263 551 to arrange a time so your order is ready when you arrive.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your equipment on arrival. If a carton or machine is damaged, note it with the driver, photograph it and email info@thorair.com.au within 48 hours so we can lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Returns and change of mind

Air purifiers can be returned within 30 days for a change of mind provided they are unused and in original packaging; return freight is at the customer's cost. Commercial equipment (dehumidifiers, blowers, air scrubbers, thermal cameras) is supplied for professional use and is not returnable for change of mind. Faulty equipment is covered by our two-year replacement warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See also our refund policy.

Warranty claims

To make a claim, email info@thorair.com.au with your invoice number, the model and a description of the fault. Do not open the machine. We will arrange a replacement or repair as set out in the warranty terms.
