Preferred subcontractors are IICRC certified, however this is not a mandatory requirement. Do I have an obligation to work?
National Restoration Network's contractor opportunities are non-obligatory. There is no obligation on you, the prospective subcontractor, to accept any job request distributed by National Restoration Network, and no onus on National Restoration Network to provide you with work. It is a good way to get a restoration business off the ground or to expand an existing one. National Restoration Network contractors are generally required to use Thorair equipment.
